BETTER DATA LEADS TO RICHER INSIGHTS

Social media data is often disorganized and spammy. Our data collection focuses on accuracy and relevance, rather than capturing the automated spam that chokes many social media monitoring tools. Whether consumers are interested in gardening, cars or preparing for the apocalypse, chances are there are specific online places where they congregate; we index their conversations and then categorize the data into various "passions" -- the shared interests that bring people together at a forum, blog, Facebook page, Twitter feed or YouTube channel. We group our hundreds of thousands of sources into approximately 40 groups and then into 12 passion sets; enabling our strategists to rapidly dig in to find out which passion categories drive the discussion about a particular brand or if there are surprising uses for a product outside the core category.

We've developed proprietary html, RSS and API harvesters that help us index the social web. We remove spam and dupes from the data and then push it into the next layer of our system to make it ready for analysis.

ADVANCED ANALYTICAL TOOLS - ARE FOCUSED ON PATTERN RECOGNITION

Our sophisticated analytical servers run in a distributed computing environment and process requests to perform the advanced natural language processing (NLP) for our client software. The net result is a suite of tools designed for accurate pattern recognition and reliable data views.

SOFTWARE FRAMEWORKS TURN DATA INTO INSIGHTS

We have developed a sophisticated, rigorous algorithmic structure that “thinks” about what all of this social data and chatter really mean. Our software frameworks are meticulously constructed for a specific purpose: to transform data into insights that lead to clients meeting their business objectives.
