David Rabjohns  - President, David has 20 years experience unearthing consumer insights for passion brands including: IBM, Altoids, Johnnie Walker, Fila, Becks beer, Handspring and Song airlines. Prior to launching MotiveQuest, he was EVP Brand Strategy Director at Leo Burnett in Chicago. Before that he worked in marketing at IBM, Pepsico, Saatchi & Saatchi and McConnaughy Stein Schmidt Brown.

Alan A. Brown  - Executive Vice President of Nuveen Investments, responsible for all aspects of Nuveen’s mutual fund line of business including product management and new product development. Prior to his most recent position, Mr. Brown has also served as Chief Marketing Officer at Nuveen leading all-marketing disciplines and activities across the firm including, advertising, public relations, brand management, product marketing, and web-based direct marketing.  Prior to joining Nuveen in 2001, Mr. Brown was Chief Marketing Officer at Amazon.com. During his tenure at Amazon he was responsible for strategic vision, direction, and execution of all functional marketing disciplines, while serving as general manager for three business lines.  Prior to Amazon, he held senior management positions in the global financial industry at MasterCard International and US Bancorp. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Political Science from Stanford University. 

Barry Moltz  - Author, Consultant, Serial Entrepreneur, Published a book designed to help entrepreneurs. The book, entitled " You Need to Be A Little Crazy: The Truth About Starting and Growing Your Business " is published by Dearborn Trade Publishing.Has been starting businesses for the last 15 years with a great degree of success and failure. He was inducted into the Entrepreneurship Hall of Fame in 2004. Moltz was chosen by I-Street Magazine as one of the Top 100 People of Chicago's Hi-Tech community in 2001 and 2002, Chicago Software Association's Angel of the Year in 2001 and received Northwestern University 's Contribution to Entrepreneurship Education Award (CEE).  He co-founded Prairie Angels in 2000.  Moltz is also on the advisory board of the Angel Capital Association , the National Alliance of Angel Groups sponsored by the Kauffman Foundation . He was appointed by the Illinois Governor in 2005 to serve on the board of the Institute for Entrepreneurship Education (IIEE), and teaches entrepreneurship at the Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT). Moltz speaks at over 100 business events a year.

Toby Sachs - ex-Chief Global Growth Officer at Draftfcb. Toby spent 30 years in advertising agencies in London and Chicago, specializing in global accounts and business development. Along the way, he ran accounts from Boeing to Kellogg's at Leo Burnett and FCB, founded and served as CEO of LeoHealth, a consumer healthcare agency, and helped position and launch the Draftfcb global network. He now serves as a communications and marketing consultant to pro-bono organizations, through the Taproot Foundation and Arts & Business Council of Chicago, and rides horses competitively with more enthusiasm than skill.
